Shipping methods

All products take 1-3 business days to prepare.

Shipments within Greece:

Shipments within Greece are made either with Speedex or with DHL, at the customer’s choice.
The shipping cost within Attica is €3.00 with Speedex or €7.00 via DHL.
The shipping cost for the rest of Greece is €3.00 with Speedex or €8.00 via DHL.
Free shipping with Speedex for orders over €25.00.
In the event that the customer chooses payment by cash on delivery, then there is an extra shipping charge of +€3.00 and the shipment is made only with Speedex.

Delivery time within Greece 1-5 working days.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

Shipments outside of Greece are made either by ELTA or DHL Express, at the customer’s choice.
The shipping cost with ELTA is €9.00. An exception to this rule are the products of the PolonaPolona category. If even one product of this category is in your cart, the shipping price via ELTA is €12.00.
Free shipping with ELTA for orders over €100.00.
For faster shipping, you can choose to ship with DHL Express for a fee of €21.00. An exception to this rule are the products of the PolonaPolona category. If even one product of this category is in your cart, the shipping price via DHL Express is €23.00.

Payment methods

In our online store, you can choose the following payment methods for the ordered products:

By charging the credit or debit card through the secure platform of the cooperating company/bank to which our Online Store will redirect you. The card is charged on the day the product shipping process begins. In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
With cash on delivery for shipments exclusively within Greece and through the cooperating courier company Speedex at the time you receive the products. In this case there is an additional charge of three euros (€3).
Through the Paypal platform.
