Μια παραγγελία μπορεί να ακυρωθεί μόνο πριν την αποστολή. Για ακύρωση στείλτε ένα email στο info@quesera.gr με σημείωση παραγγελίας ακύρωσης και τον αριθμό παραγγελίας σας.

Ναι, μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε την παραγγελία σας για οποιονδήποτε λόγο εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την παραλαβή των προϊόντων. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση θα πρέπει να πληρώσετε το κόστος αποστολής επιστροφής. Μπορείτε να επιλέξετε οποιονδήποτε τρόπο ή οποιαδήποτε εταιρεία για να επιστρέψετε το αντικείμενο, αλλά θα απαιτείται αριθμός παρακολούθησης (όπως σας εστάλη). Επίσης, κάθε απόδειξη ή τιμολόγιο που περιλαμβανόταν στη συσκευασία πρέπει επίσης να συμπεριληφθεί.

If our item didn’t meet up your expectations you have the right to return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you received it and you will only be charged with the shipping cost for the return.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Note that all the original tags must be attached on the item and the shipping charge cannot be refunded.

Shipping can be brutal sometimes. In that case you have nothing to worry about! All we need is to send us your order number along with photos of the item with the packaging at info@quesera.gr. We will make sure a brand new product is send for free asap.

Yes, shiiping is available worldwide.

Shipping within Athens costs 3,00 euros.

Shipping withing the rest of Greece costs 5,00 euros.

Shipping in the rest of the world costs 10,00 euros.

 

Additional charges will be added if you choose :

– pay on delivery +3,00 euros (available only within Greece)

– shipping upgrade +11,00 euros (available only for international shipping)

For domestic shipping you can choose between DHL or Speedex Courier.

If you choose the pay on delivery option the despatch is being processed through Speedex Courier.

 

For international shipping your order will be despatcehd through the Hellenic National Post Service (ELTA).

If you choose to upgrade shipping your order will be sent using DHL Express Service with an additional cost of 10,00 euros.

All products need 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping.

Delivery time within Greece 1-5 business days.

Delivery time withinh European Union : 3-12 business days.

Delivery to USA and the rest of the World : 5-21 business days.

*In case you upgrade to DHL Express Service : 1-8 business days.

All orders that ship to European Union are not susceptible to customs.

For all orders outside the European Union buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Que Sera is not responsible for delays due to customs. The value of the product is written on all packages.

When we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the information you need to track your package (company, tracking number, etc). This way you can always contact the company with your tracking number.

If a product is out of stock you can always send us an email at info@quesera.gr and leave a request or give us a call at +30 211 1135295 and we will let you know when it’s available again.

Cork fabric is a chic and eco friendly material that is produced from thin cork shavings obtained directly from the bark of the cork oak tree. attractive fabric made from real cork that comes from the bark of a tree. These thin cork sheets are laminated to a fabric support backing using a specialized proprietary technique.

The durability of the cork fabric is remarkable. To prevent staining, the cork fabric is protected with a fabric protection spray. In terms of durability, cork fabric wears similarly to leather which is another reason why it is often called Cork Leather. The main difference between cork leather and regular leather is that cork leather is water resistant.

Cork fabric is durable as leather and as versatile as fabric. This material is environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic, water and stain resistant, easily cleaned and long lasting.

If you want to clean your cork accessories don’t machine wash it. A simple swipe with a damp cloth or a soft sponge should be the most cleaning they need. Use a mild detergent if necessary to help clean up any spills or messes. Air dry only.

You can iron the back side of the cork fabric by applying medium heat (set cotton mode).

Do not iron directly on the cork side and do not apply excess amount of heat.

We use high quality brass that is silver or gold plated.

At checkout, you will be asked for your shipping address. If you wish to send it to someone else please tick the box “ship to different address?”

You fill in the address you want it shipped to and then there is a question:

“Should we include the receipt in the package?”

Choose:

“Yes, include it” if you just want it shipped to a different address

or

“No, do not include the receipt in the package, this is a gift” if you want it to be sent as gift.

Στο “ταμείο” κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας θα σας ζητηθούν τα στοιχεία χρέωσης και η διεύθυνση. Αν θέλετε να αποσταλεί σε άλλη διεύθυνση από την διεύθυνση χρέωσης, τσεκάρετε το κουτάκι “Αποστολή σε διαφορετική διεύθυνση;”

Έπειτα συμπληρώστε την διεύθυνση αποστολής και στις “σημειώσεις παραγγελίας” μπορείτε να ζητήσετε να μην συμπεριλάβουμε την απόδειξη αγοράς.
